Found JSB when in need of Service B for my C300 coupe. MB dealers here charge upwards of $1000 for the service while JSB quoted us a price that was about 60% less. While the price was attractive- my car is my baby and I wasn't going to sacrifice quality or service. Service here is literally the equivalent of dealership (minus the loaner). Photos are sent of car, parts, etc as well as only original MB parts used. They send detailed invoices with breakdowns for your approval via text which is really helpful. They also accomplish all of this quickly with our car being ready (post service B, new brakepads and a few other things) within 36 hrs. A month or so later I had a CEL come on in the morning as I was preparing to commute for work. I dropped it at JSB shortly before 9am and they drove the car and ran diagnostics free of charge. I eventually wound up having to have the turbo replaced and Jan expertly navigated my third party warranty. He was able to get full approval for the repair including OEM parts (difficult with third party warranties) and have the car repaired within 2 days. Special shout out to Jan who remembered my wife and I by name after our first visit and who has fol

Perfect experience with Chris at JSB. My Audi s4 was throwing tons of codes, the team received the car and quickly diagnosed the issue. They provided me with detailed breakdown of what was urgent to fix versus what else I should consider taking care of to help me understand the situation holistically. Pricing was fair and Chris explained everything to me in detail. Within a few days my car was good as new.

Great clean well equipped shop and operations. Had work on my TR6 done, very few places can do that. Professional and well trained mechanics. Family operated with Chris leading the charge. Great use of technology for estimates, photos supplied for before and after the work. It was a bit out of the way for me from Miami Beach but well worth the drive. Nice to deal with serious professional people who know they work. Good experience. i have had my TR for 45 years now, and i have been to a few shops in those years. This one tops them all.

Amazing ! 🌟 I had a great experience with JSB Autoworks They were honest, reliable, and got everything done much quicker than I expected. What really stood out was how they kept me updated through their system—it clearly showed what issues my car had and made everything easy to understand. No surprises, just solid, trustworthy service. Christian, Javier and Eileen are wonderful! Definitely recommend!! 🌟
